Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Short answer: Probably not.
We use a mix of stock images provided by the manufacturers along with photos we’ve taken ourselves.
Disc Photos: We are developing a process to make it
“what you see is what you get”. At this time, we are taking a photo of
each disc based on their color. In some cases, stamp color may vary.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive a copy of the receipt in email. If you registered an
account with us, your sales receipt will be available in your account
profile.
How can I return an item?
Returns allowed within 30 days and must be unused and in the original packaging. Please follow the guidelines in our Refund Policy.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
We will make every effort to restock “out of stock” items. We have
little to no control over what the suppliers have in stock. If there is
something you’re waiting for, email us and we will make every effort to
get it for you.
Where can I ship my order?
We ship within the United States. We may ship internationally under
certain circumstances – please contact us before placing your order.
